For our 2018 program:
Prizes: 1 grand prize winner (up to $200k) will be paid out $25k per semester for 4 years + 2 smaller winners (1 up to $20k, 1 up to $10k) will be paid out in the Fall of 2018, (1 time payment).
Students could apply, or a parent/grandparent/best friend/guardian/aunt/uncle could apply on a students' behalf (that was Derrick's mom's idea!)
The student needed to have:
Motivation. Ambition. Drive. Creativity. Organization.
Effort. Minimum of a 3.0+ GPA with a 1230+ SAT score and/or 21+ ACT score
USA residents (including Puerto Rico) were able to apply August 1-September, 30, 2018. and the scholarship program is now closed. Congratulations to our winners Gabriel Lee, Madison Carmouche-Soward and Alberto Ortiz!
